> How does Snailbox work?

The Snailbox team sources greeting cards from independent artists and small stationery companies around the world. We then curate the cards into fun assorted collections, then ship them right to your doorstep.

> What exactly will I get in my box?

Each month you will receive 4 assorted greeting cards, 4 matching envelopes, 4 envelope seals (or stickers), and 4 USPS Forever stamps. We also include a Featured Artist info card, and wrap everything up with a pretty paper band or string that you can totally reuse.

> When will my Snailbox arrive?

All boxes, whether regular monthly subscriptions or gift subscriptions, ship on the 15th of each month via USPS Priority Mail, and should arrive within 3-5 business days. After initially signing up, your first box will ship on the 15th of next month. For example, if you purchase between January 1st - January 30th, your first box will ship on February 15th.

> I purchased a gift subscription. How can I be sure I won't be charged again to renew?

Rest assured, our gift subscription options are one-time, up-front purchases. Your payment information is not stored in our system, and we couldn't charge you again even if we wanted to.

> How can I let my friend know their gift subscription is on the way?

> How does monthly billing work?

Snailbox monthly subscription plans are recurring. You pay for your first month upon checkout. Re-billing begins the following month, and occurs on the 25th of each month.

> How much does shipping cost?

Lucky you, shipping is 100% free! We are happy to cover that pesky shipping cost for subscriptions within the U.S.

> Where is the service available?

Snailbox is currently available only in the United States. As we grow, we plan to expand our boundaries to include other countries.

> How do I update my shipping address or credit card information?

You can manage your recurring plan, including email, address and billing information, through your Payer Portal. Any trouble, just email us at info@snailboxcards.com

> How can I cancel my subscription?

Snailbox subscription plans are recurring, and can be cancelled at any time. To manage your plan, visit your Payer Portal, or email us at info@snailboxcards.com

> What is the deadline to cancel?

Cancellation requests must be received prior to the 25th of the month that your existing subscription plan is due to renew. For example, you must cancel by January 24th if you want your January box to be your last. If you cancel between January 25th - Feburary 24th, the February box will be your last.

> What is your refund policy?

We're confident you'll enjoy your Snailbox subscription! However, if you are not fully satisfied, you may return your box for a refund, less a shipping and handling fee of $5. Return shipping charges are at the customer's expense.
