2019 marks the 50-year anniversary of one of the most iconic events of the 20th century. The Woodstock Festival (aka “An Aquarian Exposition: Three Days of Peace and Music”) was a three-day concert that took place on August 15-18, 1969, attracting an audience of nearly 500,000 to Max Yasgur’s dairy farm in the town of Bethel in upstate New York. The event has since become synonymous with hippie counterculture — sex, drugs, and rock’n’roll — but has also become an enduring symbol of compassion, cooperation, peace and humanity.
To keep the god vibes going, we’ve put together a groovy collection featuring 70s-inspired cards by NATIVE BEAR, the new Woodstock 50th Anniversary Forever stamps, and a peace sign vinyl decal. Place the decal on your phone, laptop, water tumbler or car window for a daily reminder to be kind and spread love!
